The subject site is currently comprised of four semi-detached residential dwellings fronting the south side of Kingston Road and the west side of Blantyre Avenue. East Beach Developments Limited is proposing to demolish the existing dwellings to facilitate the future redevelopment of the subject site with an 8-storey mixed-use building containing a total gross floor area (¿GFA¿) of 4,342 square metres and a total of 58 dwelling unitsThe proposed building incorporates geo-thermal energy, and will have a total height of 26.4 metres, comprised of seven residential floors (Levels 1-7) and one shared mechanical-amenity floor (Level 8). A total of 58 residential dwelling units are proposed, including 4 live-work units at grade and 54 units above.
